TrustForce offers independent support for UK employees facing workplace issues such as whistleblowing, grievances, redundancy and consultation, workplace change, career progression and settlement. The tone needed to be calm, professional and trustworthy.
What we built
We designed the website using TrustForce's navy, royal blue and amber palette, including a custom interactive testimonials section: anonymised client stories presented as cards that open into full accounts, with a clear disclaimer.
A brand that feels on your side
TrustForce's identity pairs a navy, royal blue and amber palette with a bridge-like mark, applied across signage, lanyards, lapel pins, stationery and digital. The website leads with research on how employees feel about internal HR, then offers a free 20-minute consultation.
